New York City releases proposed amendment to action plan detailing use of $994 million CDBG-DR funds - GJNY submits comments


On December 19, 2014 New York City officials released a proposed Action Plan Amendment 8 (Substantial Amendment) For CDBG-DR Funds, describing the proposed use of the third and final tranche of funding available through the federal Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, worth $994 million.
